In September 2024 I officially launched THE SANDBOX community. It’s been one of the greatest privileges and joys of my life! We’re now opening the doors to a limited amount of new members.
The SANDBOX is a community of warm-hearted, soulful individuals who span generations, cultures, and ways of being. The Sandbox is a playful home base for us to stay connected — to ourselves and each other.
The Sandbox, like the place of childhood play, for me remains place of wonder, play, and vulnerability. There are no limits to what we can create in the sandbox and what can be transformed. My vision of the Sandbox community is to create a sacred space where you’re invited to show up exactly as you are and become the truest version of YOU. Sandbox community members can bring creative projects to the sandbox, places for healing and growth, goals and plans for the day, along with your boldest and most audacious visions of your tomorrow.

All offerings take place during working hours Pacific time on Fridays (generally starting at 1 or 1:30 pm Pacific) and are recorded for playback.

🔔 The Sandbox is a NO FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) community! The monthly offerings are all invitations and we invite you to participate and engage as often or as little as you see fit.
Some Sandbox members show up to offerings every once in a while, some come to almost every session. You’re welcome to jump into the Sandbox as your schedule allows, and recordings are always available when you wish to view a session at a later date. As a No FOMO community, you truly jump in and out as you wish!

Fridays in the Sandbox are the highlight of my week! No matter how stressful the week gets from juggling work and parent/fur baby/self-care, I have the energy to keep going because I know I’ll get to see these wise, funny, kind humans at the end of the week. *The timings of our gatherings are generally on Fridays from 1:30 -2:30 pm or 1 – 2:30 pm Pacific. Times and specific offerings may shift each month as needed.
*During July 2026 we’ll be on Sandbox light scheduling due to the holidays. We’ll hold an Intention & Reflections Call only.

I love the sandbox because it’s a place I can be open and vulnerable and creative and supportive.
